Again, these are services that are not binding and we shall only be a facilitator or a connector with no obligation of any parties to avail our other services. Our objective is to make the entire process smoother through our professional connections so that we offer truly a seamless purchase/sale experience in totality without letting the parties incur any additional cost.
We will connect you with bankers directly and save you the hassle of visiting, connecting with bankers by contacting them individually. In the banking process, charges remain the same whether you avail loan services through us or otherwise, in fact with our regular contact with bankers we are in a better position to negotiate for the fees and additional charges waiver.
